The 2007 vintage was 3 - 4 weeks earlier than an average year due to a warm spring and consistent temperatures throughout ripening. This produced Sauvignon Blanc with great flavour intensity and natural acidity - especially from the vineyards in Manjimup and margaret River where fruit for the 2007 Gnangara Sauvignon Blanc was sourced. Appearance: Fresh pale straw with a fresh green tint Nose: A pungent, lifted nose of tropical fruits, lime zest, musk and subtle grassy notes. Palate: Shows tremendous flavour intensity and freshness. a dry, light bodied wine best enjoyed chilled, the palate has plenty of flavour and zippy acidity that Sauvignon Blanc is renowned for. |
